Raw material intake and conveying

  • Maize intake auger: It passes the maize on to the screw conveyor.
  • Screw conveyor, 6 m long and 6 inches in diameter: It carries the maize to the hammer mill bin.
  • Hammer mill bin: It receives the maize and meters its flow into the hammer mill evenly.

Grinding and conveying to the dosing hoppers

  • 80 cm hammer mill feeder: It keeps the material entering at a steady rate so grinding stays efficient.
  • 30 hp feed hammer mill: Built to grind every kind of grain to the size feed needs.
  • Screw conveyor: It carries the ground material to one of the two dosing hoppers.
  • Additional screw conveyor with a stockpiling auger: It carries the ungrounded material to the second hopper.

Electronic dosing unit ★

  • Two dosing hoppers, 3 tonnes each: They give precise control over the dosing.
  • Two screw conveyors: Each carries raw material from its hopper to the electronic dosing scale.

Mixing

Crumbling and screening (when needed)
