The rotary airlock solves one problem, and it matters: how do you discharge material from a system running on suction without air coming in through the outlet and killing the suction?

How it solves it

A rotating vaned wheel. Each vane carries a charge of material down while the others seal against air passing through. Material leaves; air does not enter.

Where it is fitted

Beneath the cyclone and beneath hoppers in aspiration and pneumatic conveying systems. A single cooling unit needs two.

Warranty

The steel structure carries a ten-year warranty. Wear parts — hammers, dies and press rollers — carry one year, since they are replaced through normal use. Motors carry their own manufacturer’s warranty.
