Why pellet at all?

Mash lets a bird pick out what it likes and leave the rest, so the formula you costed carefully falls apart in the feeder. A pellet forces the whole mix into every mouthful — and loses far less to spillage.

How it works

The mix is forced through the holes of a die by press rollers. Before that it passes the conditioner, which steams it: steam gelatinises the starch so the mix binds instead of crumbling in the bag.

Materials and thicknesses

Feeder, conditioner and press door in stainless steel; press rollers in heat- and wear-resistant steel; roller and main bearings German FAG. Outer body 6 mm, internal parts up to 36 mm. Die 250 mm.

Motors are GAMAK (Türkiye) as standard. German or Italian brands can be supplied on request, with the quotation adjusted accordingly.

Warranty

The steel structure carries a ten-year warranty. Wear parts — hammers, dies and press rollers — carry one year, since they are replaced through normal use. Motors carry their own manufacturer’s warranty.
