How does installation work?

We turn machines into a line that is ready to run

We take responsibility for installing every machine in your mill until it is ready to run, reviewing the order of the machines, the material paths and the feed and discharge points so that everything runs smoothly.

Positioning the machines

We review the mill's space and place the hammer mills, mixers, pellet mills, coolers and conveyors to suit the production path.

A specialist installation team

The Al-Adham team can carry out the whole installation, or supervise your own fitters — whichever you agree.

Commissioning and first trial

The mill's first run happens under our supervision, to confirm the machines are working properly before final handover.
