Feed Screens

The screen is the last gate before packing. After pelleting, cooling and crumbling there is still unbound fines and uncrumbled oversize in the feed, and both cost the bag its value in the buyer’s eyes.

How it works

The screen oscillates: a rocking motion passes pellets of the right size and holds back everything else. Fines that never bound are separated out and oversize that never crumbled is held back, so only uniform pellets reach the bag.

It also cuts waste

Separated fines return to the pellet mill and oversize returns to the crumbler. The screen does not only raise quality — it stops product being lost.

A second use

Screens are also used before grinding to clean raw material of stones, string and debris — a stage often skipped and paid for later in broken hammers and torn screens.

Motors are GAMAK (Türkiye) as standard. German or Italian brands can be supplied on request, with the quotation adjusted accordingly.

Warranty

The steel structure carries a ten-year warranty. Wear parts — hammers, dies and press rollers — carry one year, since they are replaced through normal use. Motors carry their own manufacturer’s warranty.
