Feed Silos

Hoppers and silos are not only storage — they are what keeps a line running without stopping. The hammer mill hopper steadies the flow of raw material, the pellet mill hopper decouples the mixer’s rhythm from the press’s, and the finished-product hopper lets production continue while bagging goes on.

Why 2 to 3 tonnes

That is the capacity used on our standard lines: large enough to absorb the difference in rhythm between two stages, small enough that feed does not sit in it for long.

Construction

Heavy steel plate in thicknesses chosen for the capacity and the position, built to the capacity the line calls for.

Warranty

The steel structure carries a ten-year warranty. Wear parts — hammers, dies and press rollers — carry one year, since they are replaced through normal use. Motors carry their own manufacturer’s warranty.
