Feed Mixers

The mixer decides feed quality. Grinding may be right and the pellet may be hard, and the feed still comes out uneven if the batch does not blend: vitamins and additives reach part of the bag and not the rest.

Where it sits

After the hammer mill and before the pellet mill. Ground material is blended with corn, soy and additives, then goes to pelleting — or straight to packing on mash lines.

Batch time

A batch takes three to five minutes in any size. That time, not capacity alone, sets the real hourly output.

Sizes

Larger sizes are built to order.

Why cattle feed weighs less

Cattle feed is bulkier — hay and fibre take up volume without weight — so the same mixer holds less of it by weight than it holds of poultry feed. Size the mixer by feed type, not by capacity alone.

Motors are GAMAK (Türkiye) as standard. German or Italian brands can be supplied on request, with the quotation adjusted accordingly.

Warranty

The steel structure carries a ten-year warranty. Wear parts — hammers, dies and press rollers — carry one year, since they are replaced through normal use. Motors carry their own manufacturer’s warranty.
