Feed Belt Conveyor

Belt conveyors move pellets between stages and bags after packing, on a heavy steel frame, built to the length and width each position needs.

The slow speed is deliberate

The belt carrying pellets from the mill to the cooler runs deliberately slow. Pellets leave the mill hot and not fully set, and rough handling breaks them into fines that go back to the mill — energy spent twice.

Where it is used

Between pellet mill and cooler, between cooler and finished-product hopper, and for moving bags after packing.

Warranty

The steel structure carries a ten-year warranty. Wear parts — hammers, dies and press rollers — carry one year, since they are replaced through normal use. Motors carry their own manufacturer’s warranty.
