When it is used instead of a screw

A screw loses efficiency and draws more power the steeper it runs. For a long vertical lift a bucket elevator is cheaper to run and gentler on the material.

Made to the height and throughput each line needs, specified once the building layout and hopper heights are known.

Warranty

The steel structure carries a ten-year warranty. Wear parts — hammers, dies and press rollers — carry one year, since they are replaced through normal use. Motors carry their own manufacturer’s warranty.
