Feed Silicone Blowers

Everything that moves on air in a feed plant starts at the blower: pellet cooling, dust aspiration and pneumatic conveying.

Three machines, not one

Blower, cyclone and airlock are one unit. The blower draws, the cyclone separates what the air carried, and the airlock discharges it without letting air in through the outlet and killing the draw. Fit a blower without a cyclone and the dust goes into the plant; fit a cyclone without an airlock and the draw is weak for no visible reason.

Sizing

By line capacity, air path length and the number of points served. Too small and the pellets leave warm and clump in the bag; too large and it burns electricity for nothing and can carry sound pellets into the cyclone.

Warranty

The steel structure carries a ten-year warranty. Wear parts — hammers, dies and press rollers — carry one year, since they are replaced through normal use. Motors carry their own manufacturer’s warranty.
