Feed Mixer 72×200 cm

A horizontal 72×200 cm feed mixer working after the hammer mill and before the pellet mill, blending ground material with corn, soy and additives.

Working load

Its volumetric capacity is 750 kg and it works well on 500 kg of poultry feed. Cattle feed comes in at 300 kg. It can drop to about 250 kg when the mix carries a lot of hay.

Cattle feed is bulkier — hay and fibre take up volume without weight — so the same mixer holds less of it by weight than it holds of poultry feed. Size the mixer by feed type, not by capacity alone.

Batch time

Three to five minutes per batch.

Drive

A 10 hp motor through a worm gearbox.

Which plant

Standard on 1.5 t/h lines. Larger sizes built to order.

Motors are GAMAK (Türkiye) as standard. German or Italian brands can be supplied on request, with the quotation adjusted accordingly.

Warranty

The steel structure carries a ten-year warranty. Wear parts — hammers, dies and press rollers — carry one year, since they are replaced through normal use. Motors carry their own manufacturer’s warranty.
